I long to live in Your house, O Lord.
I love to sit here at Your feet.
And let Your words be the food I eat, the food I eat.
I love to live in Your house, O Lord,
To dine at the table with my King.
And give to You the praise I bring, the praise I bring.
For here in Your house I find Your embrace,
You set on my head a garland of grace.
When I lift my hands, You fill me with more.
I long to live (I long to live)
In the house of the Lord.

Sunday Songs
"Mighty to Save" is one of my absolute favorite songs. The phrase "mighty to save" is so much more than just God's ability to do things. The implication is we are not mighty enough to save ourselves. Rather, God, in His power and His glory, saves us in our very greatest need. It is not by our works or our achievements but it is by the power exerted by God through Christ Jesus only which is good enough to bring sinners like us to Him. Today, the bridge was a prayer to shine the might of Christ especially in my workplace and in ministry.
MIGHTY TO SAVE
Today's worship was just really powerful. I felt that the church after fasting just one day felt the return of God so powerfully. It was unquestionable that God was pleased with the hunger of the church. Even simple songs became worship.
We are yours means two things to me. First, that we belong to God and nothing can separate us from His love. Security. Secondly, that we surrender all that we have to Him, like clay in the hands of a potter, for Him to do what He desires to do with us. Submission.
MIGHTY TO SAVE
Everyone needs compassion,
Love thats never failing
Let mercy fall on me
Well everyone needs forgiveness,
Kindness of a savior
The Hope of the nation
Saviour, He can move the mountains,
My God is mighty to save,
He is mighty to save
Forever, author of salvation,
He rose and conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave
So take me as you find me
All my fears and failures
Fill my life again
I give my life to follow
Everything that I believe in
Now I surrender
Saviour, He can move the mountains,
My God is mighty to save,
He is mighty to save
Forever, author of salvation,
He rose and conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave
Shine your light and let the whole world see
We're singing, for the glory of the risen king, Jesus
Shine your light and let the whole world see
We're singing for the glory of the risen king, Jesus

Sunday Songs
Finding us longing not for Him but instead for things of Earth and its pleasures, God does not leave us to our own actions and their consequences but to His own pleasure rescues us and casts His holiness upon us. We declare our belonging to Him, even our own declaration of the faith, an achievement not of our own because even this is caused by His purposeful redemption plan. We are wholly His because He said we are His. Live it.
David Crowder - Wholly Yours
I am full of earth
You are heaven’s worth
I am stained with dirt, prone to depravity
You are everything that is bright and clean
The antonym of me
You are divinity
But a certain sign of grace is this
From the broken earth flowers come up
Pushing through the dirt
You are holy, holy, holy
All heaven cries “Holy, Holy God”
You are Holy,Holy,Holy
I want to be holy like You are!
You are everything that is bright and clean
And You’re covering me with Your majesty
And the truest sign of grace was this
From wounded hands redemption fell down
Liberating man
You are holy, holy, holy
All heaven cries “Holy, holy God”
You are holy, holy, holy
I want to be holy like You are
But the harder I try the more clearly can I feel
The depth of our fall and the weight of it all
And so this might could be the most impossible thing
Your grandness in me making me clean
Glory, hallelujah
Glory, glory, hallelujah
So here I am, all of me
Finally everything
Wholly, wholly, wholly
I am wholly, wholly
I am wholly, wholly, wholly
Yours
I am full of earth and dirt and You.
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
- Romans 5:8
For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.
- 2 Corinthians 5:14-15

Sunday Songs
No matter how good we are in our own personal lives, in our walks with Christ, with our spiritual disciplines, one truth still remains constant: I need you Jesus to come to my rescue.
RESCUE
You are the source of life
I can't be left behind
No one else will do
I will take hold of You
I need You, Jesus
To come to my rescue
Where else can I go
There's no other name by which I am saved
Capture me with grace
My heart is Your's for life
I need Your hand in mine
No one else will do
I put my trust in You
I need You, Jesus
To come to my rescue
Where else can I go
There's no other name by which I am saved
Capture me with grace
I will follow You
I will follow You
This world has nothing for me
This world has nothing for me
This world has nothing for me
RESCUE
You are the source of life
I can't be left behind
No one else will do
I will take hold of You
I need You, Jesus
To come to my rescue
Where else can I go
There's no other name by which I am saved
Capture me with grace
My heart is Your's for life
I need Your hand in mine
No one else will do
I put my trust in You
I need You, Jesus
To come to my rescue
Where else can I go
There's no other name by which I am saved
Capture me with grace
I will follow You
I will follow You
This world has nothing for me
This world has nothing for me
This world has nothing for me

Sunday Songs
Simeon and Nancy sang this song at their wedding and their reception. And then Pastor Matt led worship with this song at JCA this past Sunday. It's amazingly simple, but amazingly powerful. People start new every year (with New Year's Resolutions and all that) but the promise of God is that we can start new not only just every morning, but at any moment of our lives.
Steadfast Love
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases
His mercies never come to an end
They are new every morning
New every morning.
Great is Thy faithfulness, O Lord.
Great is Thy faithfulness.
Steadfast Love
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases
His mercies never come to an end
They are new every morning
New every morning.
Great is Thy faithfulness, O Lord.
Great is Thy faithfulness.
